The replacement snow blower paddles were genuine OEM parts as ordered. I searched these parts online and could not find them. DR Mower Parts were able to immediately source the parts I needed and shipped them right away. Unfortunately, when the parts arrived, the separate box of screw fasteners included had opened in the shipping box, and because the box the parts were shipped in was not very well sealed, about 60% of the fasteners were missing as they were able to fall out of the shipping box while in transit.. In summary, the shipment was not packaged very well, resulting in the loss of most of the fasteners that became loose inside the box.
